So my ex moved to Alaska, My wife and I have custody of my kids from that relationship and in the court paper work it states that my ex can only see the kids in the state of MI which is where I live. She is not good about keeping contact with the kids and the courts feel she will not let them come back to MI if she gets them...she thinks I should go against the court and let them go to Alaska anyway they are 7 and 8......what do you think I should do
tell her to stick with the court order
or let her fly them up there
PS the kids don't want to go to alaska they say they don't want to go on an airplane |
