| An update from the last situation... I have a boss who was harassing me into divulging information about other employee's personal lives, I politely told him that I didn't know anything and that he needed to ask the employee's themselves if he had any questions... well apparently my "nice guy" approach has backfired on me. I now have been cut down to 25 hrs a week from the 40 I was getting, he also demoted me to an assistant supervisor position without any cause (I was night manager) and he won't return any of my phone calls. I heard him talking to another NEW employee about how he doesn't feel that women should have positions of authority in the workplace... now to think of it... there are only two women that work here, both of us had hours decreasing and demotions... so where should I go with this? To the head honchos? or to Labor and Industries? Or just tell him to shove it and quit? |
