Have you ever had someone close to you die? & Though you cried, there was relief? I admit guilt as well. I should have visited more..
My mom died last night..I'm out of sorts. We didn't have a good relationship and she didn't have a good "Quality" of life, having been bedridden and ill the past few years.
I'm not just spoiled, She was demon spawned from the bowels of hell.
But she was my mom...
I guess I'm putting of writing down some valid thoughts in a blog & committing myself to any one feeling.
There was never any closure for all the things she did. But shouldn't I feel....released now? No longer resentful? I don't feel that way at the moment..But I know it will return. Anger over her actions..my PTS..my craziness.
Will that at least fade now?
I spent all day at the mortuary..and floral shops and shopping for black clothes (yes, you'd think I already own enough).
I'm exhausted should be asleep, tomorrow will be just as long.
Instead I sit here with a blue zombie rumrunner with *EXTRA* Rum wondering wtf is wrong with this world.. |
