A few weeks ago my email was accessed by someone that definitely did not haven my permission. This person read some very personal e-mails and forwarded some of them to another person in an attempt to start trouble. I used the headers to find and track the origin IP address but I could only get it down a general area so I contacted the originating ISP to investigate the matter.

My question is, should I take the information from the ISP and file charges to make this person pay? Or should I chill out and let Karma do her job?
