For those of you who don't know me very well, I thought I should share something important about myself. June of 2014, I accidently found out my husband had been lying and cheating on me for a very long time. This led me to join Fubar, but I'm not really sure why I did...revenge maybe? I don't know...he never found out I joined. Just a few months later, March of 2015, I became a widow. My husband unexpectedly left me forever. In the months following, I decided to pick myself up and start living my life again. I began seeing someone, but he's turned out to be a jerk. Needless to say, if I didn't have trust issues before, I certainly do now. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I can ever trust a man again...I may be scarred for life because of a few certain men in my life. So if I seem a little stand-offish, please understand what I've been through. This is only a small part of my story. I'm eternally grateful for the friends I've met on here, and I don't know what I would do without them. If I seem to not be spending much time here, it's because I do have a life outside of Fubar, and I'm finally taking some time for me...trying to figure some stuff out.

I also feel like I have to say that first and foremost, I am a lady. I am educated and have a Master's Degree. Please treat me with respect. I don't appreciate cheap pick up lines. If all you want is sex, don't bother with me. I am also not a "cougar." I have a 25-year old son. The last thing I want is to date or talk about sex with anyone his age or close to his age. (I realize I may lose some friends because of saying this, but that's ok. My close friends already know this about me and are still my friends. It's who I am, and if you can't accept that about me, then oh well.)
