| So I have this Theory ( unbased , just by personal experience) That Comfort food association is different for men and women. From what I seen , Women ( me among them ) Tend to go straight for the Carbs rather than Protein ( Pasta, anything baked goods, cakes, pies etc etc ) While Men are more into Protein - Steak , Burgers , Chilli , Bacon and basically anything meat ( Unless you're a non meat eater ) . What do you think ? Do you go for Carbs or Protein ? |
