My sinuses have been really bugging me lately, lots of sinus pain and pressure. There's been a lot of buzz about neti pots and sinus irrigation so while I was out over the weekend I picked something similar to a neti pot, it just uses a bottle instead of the tea pot looking thing. I think its helping a bit, I've noticed less pressure and now I'm getting some drainage but this is only the 3rd day I've tried it. Have any of you tried out the neti pots and do they really work or is it just a bunch of new-age bs?
