I used to work for a company through a contract. Even though the contract was for 1 year the company fired me. In the contract there are no stipulations as to firing me, yet I was not hired as an Independant Contractor. Considering I lost my apartment, car and paycheck and I was only in the 2nd month of work should I sue for what I'm owed or just deal with the loss. I've talked to several attorneys and they all say to just deal with it. But thats because they dont want to take on my case to only sue for the remainder of my pay which is 14,000.00 and some change. So should I
A. Sue him in general sessions where I can sue him for up to 25,000.00 and go for the max
Or
B. Deal with the losses and Pray to find a way out of this mess! |
