I was cleared for work! For the first time since July 1st, I will be going into the shop to actually punch a clock. Wish me luck, all.

4 months laid up as of today. Hopefully back to work soon, though.

Still on the mend. Almost 4 months down. I really hope to get healed soon. I am going stir crazy.

Update: Still healing, but the wound is significantly less. Now, the only thing slowing my recovery is shenanigans by insurance. Ugh...

Thank you for all the thoughts and well wishes. I am still in the process of healing. Going weekly to wound care and still not cleared for work, but I am managing. The only thing that sucks is the BOREDOM! Just keep swimming....

Getting back into the swing of things after 8 days in the hospital and a couple days with a family friend to get mobile again. Drop a line and I will get back to you ASAP if you want to chat or check up on me.
