well, all pain, no gain this last month =(

well the new meds seem to be helping some but as always, im cautiously optimistic

well, my ribs & face pretty much healed but my back is fkt

well, i wrecked my car...have 3 or 4 broken ribs & a face full of bruises & stitches...ouch
