well just got off work now i have no idea what to do with the rest of my day since its only 8:58 am

so none of my friends are down to skype (sad face) lol

only had 2 hours of sleep in the past 3 days n now i just killed a bottle and i still cant sleep i cant drive to the store to get some sleeping med cuz im fucking trashed what to do what to do? any ideas?
