Family luv off to work

good morning :)

I went to get my truck inspected, left turn signal was out. They said it needed to be fixed and it passed i left. I asked them to fill the wind shield wiper fluid for me. When i got home my signal light was not working again or wind shield wiper fluid. Found a screw driver left shorting out the wires to the wind shield wiper. I took off the headlight assembly and terminals were corroded i cleaned them. Bad day
