I am going on my 14th week with my new hip. PT is almost over. Finally got off the cane. That limp I had for years is almost gone. Yeppie!!!!
Going on my 6th week with new hip. Doing well on pt. Sore over the weekend new exercises. Go back Tues and Thurs. It is like 10 degrees here it is not helping the new hip.
Yesterday I had total hip replacement. Boy was it painful the next day. Now I am dealing with the false pain. Lots of pain med up at hospital. Spent last night up there getting pain med every 3 hrs what they could give me. Made it home today. Tough getting around...
Well it never fails! The older we get, the body finds more aches that are worse than an ache. The hip is more arthritis than I can handle. The Dr said the injection may not help, this you need to see Ortho specialist. Hip replacement is your next step. Like I said it sucks getting older! Lifes curve ball has hit hard!!!!
I guess summer is here with high humidity and temperatures making a person stay indoors... it is good news where I work... bringing people in and watch some movies...

I would really love to find out something about warrants. I got a call from my brother last Fri night about 12 from jail. It was my older brother he said there was a warrant for him from 27 yrs ago!! You read that right. Where he worked back then Hardees manager said he stole money when the manager had been stealing for long time. Just accused anyone for the crime. Brother stayed in jail here til Sun afternoon sent him to county that had the warrant. Why no one ever looked for him he has always lived in his home state. So he had court on Tues no bond let him out but he has to go back the 28th for court with public defender for his case....
I hate being sick. This bug has taken over my body and will not go away.i just hate the person that knowing they were sick and just passes it around. I hope that they are miserable with it as I am.....
Starting a new month with several family members having health problems. Pray that they are strong enough to pull thru it all. Amen!
Update on my niece. She had chem last Mon and Wed. Felt horrible after those treatments. Had her 3rd chemo today. See how she feels for the next treatment. Keep her in your prayers. It is going to be long journey...
I found out this morning my niece who is 36 has stage 2 grade 3 triple aggressive breast cancer. She starts chemo within the next 2 weeks. Had her port placement put in yesterday. Long road ahead. Lots of prayers for her. Thank you fubar family!!
