| I have a tendency of gaining weight in the winter time. Unfortunately it all starts in my gut. I do know I need to gain a little weight but hate losing my abs. I was considering just packing on some lbs then working it all off to keep the mass. My question is.is it ok for a guy to have a lil gut or is society so warped by the super-model image that a tight stomach is neccesary? |
