| Ok so heres the deal, I have worked at the same company for almost 3 years painting, about 6 months ago I finally got a resparator mask! I have gotten a cronic cough, and have done nothing about it, Well yesterday I walked into work and they "laid me off" . So what should I do? I am working on getting another job and all but its the holidays I have 2 kids and they could of at least waited until after Christmas was over. But should I get a lawsuit on them for me not getting a mask when I first started there (yes I asked them for one) or should I just sit at home and draw an unemployment check off of them. |
