I am a 6ft. 8" 256lb. male of both black and hispanic races. I spend alot of my time working with people and helping them find peace within themselves. I am very relaxed in nature. basketball, working out, meditation, reading and art are my joys. THOSE and SEX =). I love my child and my cat. they bring my life happiness.

I workout ALOT and will listen to ALMOST anything that will get me amp'd up. But When I'm just relaxing it's "Tony Rich" "Nina Simon" "Floetry" and last but NOT LEAST by any means "Ms. JILL SCOTT". For those of you who read this and have been to places emotionally and STILL carry the scars I offer you a quote "The soul knows the sounds that carry with it both peace and solace." Listen to not only music of the body and mind but ALSO the soul.
