I really don't know what to say, but it was a "UNBELIEVEABLE". The concert started at 6:00, but i never left the house til 6 cause i was waiting for my friend to get to the house. He was stuck in 360 (highway in Arlington) traffic. Never fear though, cause we had a 12 pack of Coors and Miller Lite, and we made good time getting to the ampitheater and good time in catching up drinking ;). But after we got done drinking in the parking lot, we went into the ampitheater and cause about half the set of "Matishyau" and he was damn good. If you haven't heard of him or listened to his music, you definately need to check him out. He's got some damn good reggee music. 311 went on stage around 8 and omg they played not only the hits, they played A LOT of their old school tunes. That's what i'm there for....old school 311 and booze lmfao. This is my 16th 311 show, and what a show it was. Good music, good friends, good booze, and hell the concert was over at 10:30, so there was still plenty of time to continue partying. Well I wish that was the case, but i got a little too drunk. I passed out when i got home, and i don't remember much well during the ride that is. That sucks so fucking bad, cause i was suppose to go to another party afterwards last night. Oh well, I guess 311 just brings out party animal in me, and i LOVE TO GO OVERBOARD. Well the message of my blog is, if you haven't ever listened to 311 or Matishyau, you definately need to do so....YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR MISSING. Rock on peeps, and peace, love and unity to each and everyone that reads this blog.
