He was a kid a fresh start about thirteen
Livin on the edge was his only dream
Pushin it to the limit with whateva he could get
Till the day he saw his first skateboard deck
It was in a catalogue in a Christmas magazine
felt like it was the best his eyes had ever seen
That instant was the spark that set the fire to his dream
was a defining moment in this young human being
It was Christmas, and guess what?good ol Grandma came through
She said Young man heres a skateboard for you.
OH MY GOD!!! Is this for real?
The little boy exicted starting spinnin the wheel
He didnt waste a second he straight hit street
Circle the block a thousand time board under feet
He observed the sensation, of exhilaration
His mind started racin, mobilization

So it was obvious this kid had a dream to follow
Without a skateboard life seemed empty n hollow
People always told him itll fade away its just a phase
But he knew down inside hed be skatin through his days
He sacrificed his body He sacrificed his health
He sacrificed his entire life his sacrificed himself
It consumed him it, he drove him, it made him push harder
With that intensity he coulda skated underwater
So he got good got respect at the local skatepark
Pushed it past the limit cuz he skated from the heart
He was mad flyin always stuck to ollies and kickflips
Also known for mobbin fast and bustin out phat lips
It was six stairs seven stairs then 9 stairs to 10 stairs
Then 13 then 17 18 almost 20 stairs
By this damn *dayum* he was bustin it out
Full-blooded skateboarder, without a single doubt

Im doin many things to keep my life on track
But I always got my 5th limb and it always all begins again
When I start skating down the street espically when Im with a friend
Exhiliration filling me like I was still the young kid
