We have never physically touched,
Yet I feel a bond stronger with you than any other,
Though we have never truly met,
I feel I've known you my entire life,
You have been a harbor for me to turn to in my most dire of hour,
And you have been a weight, an anchor holding me firm, away of the reaches harm,
Well, some of it anyway.
A guiding light, shinning brightly,
Guiding my way to goals now which seem so clear.
Whether or not the day comes when we shall meet face to face,
Or the time when I can feel your soft touch,
And hear and feel your sweet breath, and know this is all real.
