I have the opportunity to leave the current company which I work for to do an assistant manager's job for without manager's pay at a restaurant - OR - I can go to a new restaurant with a decent wage as an assistant manager. The only catch is that my current job is willing to counter offer before I even go to the interview at the other restaurant. My hub already thinks I'm a failure to begin with for staying with this company for the last year and a half, but I think that staying where I am after I hear the counter-offer is the way to go. In fact, he thinks I'm a failure at just about everything I do, but I have the obligation, responsibility and the love of my two children to think about throughout this whole process. Oh - btw - 1st ever mmmm
