Okay My husband and I are in a little bind here... We want to rent an Apartment That come with the pool and all the good things that Apartments come with But, we also want to rent a Mobile Home and but a swimming pool and all the good things that come with renting a Mobile Home.
The 1st thing about Renting an Apartment is that you have a pool. That is a plus..but then you have the other bad things about it.. cant have a party to loud and you have to ask permission to have your birthday party outside and you know ect..ect..ect....
The Mobile Home- you can put a pool any size you want outside have a party anytime you want have no noisy people living next door banging on your door telling you your playing the music to loud!! can have BBQ's anytime time basically have your own private space...
The reason for this is we now live in a house that my husband has to drive 45 mins away and to save on gas we need to move! so we are asking you all to see what is best for us we also have 2 kids that live with us and one on the way so we are in a bind weather to rent an apartment or a mobile home!!! |
