I find it very hard to believe it is already December 6. The years are zooming by like telephone poles alongside the interstate at 85 MPH. Can't even find the brakes for this anomoly!
I am at home today nursing a very sore foot and a slight fever. I hate being idle, but this requires me to keep it elevates, which is nearly impossible at work. I must be a totally sick puppy, I don't like to miss work except to have fun, and this is truly no fun at all. Home alone sucks!
So it seems, that since I do have time to kill, I have discovered that wasting time is so much better with CT around. So many new faces to check out, a little time to catch up on friend's pages, just take a little time to look around. My fellow Cherries, you are all just plain old fantastic! It's like having another family, complete with all the usual suspects! Sweet!
Finally, my brothas and sistas, it is times like these that I become slightly teary-eyed with gratitude. No, not the Xmas season. No, not the meds that doc feelgood sent over. It is the realization that I have yet another birthday coming up in 10 days and I will be older than most of the dirt on this planet!!! Pleeze hand me the kleenex!
As I have said many times before, if I knew I would live this long, I would have taken better care of my fat ass! Maybe for sure kinda sorta whatever.
But I know this for sure: I am so glad all you fellow maniacs and exhibitionists are here to help me pass the time. You guys are all the best!
