Apricot Pecan Chicken

Ingredients:
Sauce
* 1/2 cup apricot preserves
* 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon ginger
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans
* Fresh black pepper
Chicken
* 2 chicken breasts, cut up
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all sauce ingredients; set aside.
Place chicken breasts on a roasting pan. Baste with apricot mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Keep basting every 10 minutes. For the last 5 minutes of cooking, turn the oven to broil. Lightly brown the chicken just before serving.
