My band has found itself without a vocalist, and are struggling to find a new one that matches our style and personality. So. i think I'll throw it out here on Fubar and see if anyone here is interested. What're we looking for? Well...
We're influenced by/have similar style to a wide range of groups... 36crazyfists, Tool, 10 Years, Deftones, Coheed & Cambria, etc.
We have experience gigging at a variety of venue types and recording in a pro studio. We put a lot of emphasis on writing fun and interesting material, and refining it til it works right.
What we're looking for from YOU:
Be 18+.
Must have own transportation.
Must have an income. We're not treating this like a business (yet), but we will be recording again down the line, and merch is always a plus.
Must have a PA system.
Must be drama-free, and willing to not take things so seriously.
Must realize that the band is important, but not everything in life. We all have careers, families, and things going on in our lives that do take precedent over the band, but the band is definitely very important to us.
And last but certainly not least, you must be able to sing your ass off!
