2 pounds haddock fillets
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2″ baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 F. for 25
minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
