Ingredients:
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese,
2 ounces blue cheese
3 ounces cream cheese,
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup lager beer
Directions:
Combine cut up cheeses in the bowl of food processor. Add caraway, paprika and beer. Blend until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
