I have bit of a problem, my heel has been hurting me for about 2 months now and I'm starting to think it might be a bone spur. I've had a bruised heel before, and thats hurts for about 6 - 8 weeks, this pain I have now has been going about 8 weeks and has not even dulled down any, so my mumm is... Is this just another bruised heel or is this a bone spur and if so either way if you know of a remedy or something for the pain besides pills or pads pls write it in, All comments will be read...
