CHEESE BALLS
2 TO 3 jalapenos, seeds removed
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese
1/4 lb mild cheddar cheese
garlic to taste
lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
paprika
In a meat grinder or food processor, chop peppers and set aside. Grind or process remaining ingredients. Stir in peppers according to taste. Divide into 3 large balls or several smaller balls. Roll balls in paprika.
