| I have twin 2 year olds of which I am the sole suporter. I have tried to get child support from the father and because he collects SSI(not SSD) the government will not enforce child support nor will they issue the kids a check. The father does not want to have anything to do with them, and he hasnt made any attempts to contact me or see the children. I recently found out that he is in Prison for 10 years on a count of Lewd and Lecivious Sexual Battery on a victum 12-15 years of age. Should I attempt to file for child support so that when he gets out of prison my children will get a little bit extra, and I wont have to struggle quite as much??? |
