1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 to 3 c. fruit (fresh or frozen)
1/4 to 1/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed (about 1 envelope)
1/4 c. sugar
1 box Danish dessert (Junket)
Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together cream cheese, lemon juice and milk. Put on top of cooled crust. Make gelatin from Danish dessert, then mix fruit in and pour it over top. Refrigerate.
You can also make fruit mixture from filling mixture in "Fresh Fruit Pie, " using less fruit.
