Okay, I know it has been a while that I have been on FU; however, that doesn't mean that I should be the recipient of spam mail!! Ugghgghghhhh...... Is there anyway for marking them as SPAM so that they are blocked from returning in our mail? I sure don't have a penis (in the first place!) that needs to be enlarged!! lol.... K

I am also one to inform newbies when they downrate folks by sending them a message: "Be careful about downrating pics. Community members don't like that. It is a general accepted practice that you either vote a 10 or 11 -- or not at all. Some members will quickly slam you hard if they think that you are purposefully working against the accepted practices of the community. Just a bit of heads up for you; many members will slam you first and not think that it is just because you are new and you didn't know better. Hope you have a good time on FU and enjoy meeting folks. Generally, it is not a good practice to get started on the wrong footing though." Just thinking to myself this morning.... Self! lol... I have 100 11's to pass out each day.... Even if I only do this 3 days a week (which, I don't; I do it nearly every day), that is 300 folks' lives that I have touched each week.... and that is not counting probably at least 100 more that I give at least a 10.... so, then that is, at a minimum, of 600 folks' lives that I have touched in some way each week by rating their photos, site, blog, etc. Imagine.... Just imagine.... what it would be like if every one of the FU members take on this very same practice!!! Can you imagine the warm fuzzies reached throughout the FU community???? Wow! Just a bit of food for thought this morning!!! Have you paid it forward to your FU members today????

We have a blogger, if you call him that, in our midst that is lifting my blogs, twisting words, adding words that simply don't make sense. I advised him about the laws of plagarism and he seems to think that he is in the right. I explained to him that, if he were in college, he would fail the course. He promptly replied that he wasn't in college. Duh! I did say IF! I also explained to him that the laws applied to the real world as well. His response? So sue me! Geezzz... as much as I despise going down that path, I am oh so tempted to do so. After all, I was a paralegal for more than 15 years; I am certain that I could find a good internet law attorney in my area. Sometimes living in a capital city has its advantages as well. In case, he gets a conscience about the matter and tries to change it up, I have already printed the pages up. What this guy may or may not realize that the blog postings are date and time stamped for a reason!! It has me pretty riled up right now. It is a unspoken rule that if you are quoting anyone or wanting lift a portion of another's blog creations, you give the original blogger credit, not to mention that there are some blogger ettitique and plagarism rules that we all live by in this world we live in. When someone even attempts to mock someone for a comedy spoof, one wouldn't take the entire recipe (in form and text) and twist up some of the ingredients (which make no sane sense), would you???? Auuugghghghggh. If any of you want more details, just let me know and I will be glad to share what I know. Sometimes, the pen is mightier than the sword... but so is intelligence! Geezz... hoping he doesn't have the audacity to plagarize this too!
