I work in retail, so I know full well that customers come first. The old saying the customer is always right comes to mind, but I feel a little different about that , I feel the customer may not always be right, but you must treat them that way. My Dad always says that "when you win an argument with a customer, you lose customer." Customers make a retail business possible, without them there is no business.
Now we have internet. And with a simple 2 minute video you can reach millions. This video about a bad experience at FYE over a preorder of the new Wii game by nintendo was posted on Nov 17, 2006 and has been reposted 12 times on youtube. Since posting the original video yesterday, the original has been viewed 22,894 times. I did not even check the other videos to see their number of views.
The power of the internet blows my mind...but in my opinion if you have stock in FYE...you may want to sell now...looks like he may have a following.
