Yesterday was one of the most bizarre days, energywise, I have ever experienced. If you thought it was just you, trust me, it wasn't. Many of you, my dear friends, had a run in with yesterday's chaotic energy flow! There was all manner of garbage going on: traffic accidents, depression, mood swings from hell, relationship issues, flat out physical and emotional illness! You name it, you got it!
I know I'm just in Mom mode, but here are some things you can do to neutralize some of the restless energy! Wear hematite, as jewelry or a piece in your pocket - it wards against negative energy. I don't leave home without it anymore! Clear your mind and repeat the word Peace to yourself until things mellow out. Yes it does work! Trust me, people! Get some reasonable size chunks of clear quartz and set them around your home, your workplace, in your pockets. It absorbs negative energy. Just remember to cleanse those puppies once a month! Don't know how? Ask me. I use an essential oil blend by Young Living oils called White Angelica that protects and strengthens my personal energy shield. It's kind of pricey. I will research for any cheaper alternatives out there for you.
I'm considering utilizing an energy circle kind of thing. Those having a really bad time getting the negativity and general weird stuff under control can link to me energetically once or twice a day and I'll help remove it! Anyone strong enough energetically and willing to help, I'll gladly take it. Depends how many of you are having more than a little trouble. PM me, if you need help.
