From the beginning, it was difficult.
Rising from the ashes takes time.
Patience is a hard thing to learn.
Time for another lesson.
Stumbling is better than falling.
The only thing left is to make the fall look good.
Roll with it and keep moving.
Slowly he does slip
Into madness he will dip,
Rising only for air
He's losing his grip.
Ready for his world to cease
As his problems increase.
Still his life everyday
Has a brand new lease.
Trying not to complain
Makes it hard to sustain.
His joy is forgotten
He stands in the rain.
Without any ease,
He gets on his knees
And asks for forgiveness
Making sure to say "please".
Ready to give it all up,
He fills his cup,
With things on his mind,
He pulls himself up.
Today is a new day;
He's decided to stay
And do the best he can do.
No more running away.
Strolling along...
Slowly, with a swagger all my own...
Fatigued from waiting, patiently...
The chance to let loose, explosively...
And make my humbling presence known...

At least there are no sirens tonight...oh, wait there it is; someone is hurt. Wow!! I am more worried about not sleeping than not living. Okay back to virtual living. Maybe I'll bump into someone who will make this insomnia more bearable. Here's hopin'...
He speaks flames. An inferno blazes from his mind. The heat so intense it consumes spectators from head to toe. The heat can be felt throughout time. The sea of flames drowns its victims, searing their hearts and minds. This he does without a single word. Only a look. And then, smoke...
Perhaps the only thing that keeps us focused is what we fancy. It turns into something we like. What we like changes into something we care about. What we care about we progresses into love. Eventually we fancy too many things and in turn love so much, that our love is spread too thin. Then our love is not love anymore, just caring a lot for the things that we once fancied. There is only one solution, shown best by the dragons of the world: "Love one and only one."
