Me and my boyfriend were planning to get engaged, and about a week before we were going to announce it, my brother announced his engagement to his longtime girlfriend. They plan to have a short engagement, and get married in November. Question is, should we wait to get engaged and let them get married, or go a head and announce ours as well?
