1 round bread loaf (1 lb.)
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 lb. leftover cooked turkey breast, sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
2 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of bread loaf; set aside. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for making croutons or another use.
SPREAD inside of bread shell with dressing. Fill with layers of cheese, cranberries, turkey, onions and spinach. Cover with top of bread; wrap in foil.
BAKE 30 min. or until sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min. Cut into 4 wedges with serrated knife.

Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast for the leftover turkey.
How To Make Homemade Croutons
Cut bread removed from inside of loaf into small cubes; toss with 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing. Spread in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 5 min., stirring after 3 min. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese. Bake an additional 5 to 6 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add to soups or salads. Store leftover croutons in tightly covered container at room temperature.
