What if a mom was in the house with one of her kids (she just has two) and the grandma volunteered to take the 23 month old little boy out side to the kiddie pool in the yard......
But the grandma left the little boy just for a couple of min because I guess she had to get something inside the house. When she comes back the little boy (23 month old) had drowned in the pool. Should the grandmother be charged for neglect or should the mother, since the mother was technically at home at the time of the incident?
