Follow your heart, wherever it leads,
Truly, it does know the way.
Pulling you here, and pushing you there,
Serenely, just sewing it..s seeds.
Your very next step, as it pulsates and beats,
Is always before you, in whispers and weep.
All intertwined, to confine, and remind,
With never observance, of clock, watch or time.
Follow your heart, wherever it goes,
Jagged turns, starts and stops, are making the road.
Just listen to it, no matter what's said,
Watch as your blood, and your greed, move ahead.
No matter how long, how fast or how slow,
It has here one duty, and only one goal.
Loving you my friend, it..s job appears dual,
But only one spirit, is providing it..s fuel.
Follow your heart, I say once again,
Nothing to tend to now, till the end.
Intentions don't mend, impressions we send,
Are fused, with the whispering winds.
A being that's fleeting, and misunderstood,
It's a drifter, which speaks of desire.
Meander your way, uncover the liar,
Look up to take flight, right out of the mire.
Follow your heart, it knows where to go,
But the vixen, is wearing sheep's clothes.
Clever and crafty, it stands in between,
Your desire to soul, where love can be seen.
It has here one master, you may not yet know,
An alliance it seems, a wise friend there in tow.
Secretly hiding, patiently biding,
The being I speak of, bears the name of your soul.
All desire will bring, is bloodshed and things,
Yours truly, you do have a choice.
Illusions are formed, to be adorned,
Or simply, to mirror our voice.
But they lead to a door, that was sealed before,
Sweet surrender, and rest will call.
Truth and light are reveled, a life is restored,
Flames of love from the soul, burn tall.
Thank you my heart, transformed on the way,
I have found my soul, thanks to our play.
Follow your heart, someone said,
No matter the duty that day.
