This setback in Cincinnati turned out to be quite devastating for the Browns, who no longer control their own destiny to reach the AFC playoff field. With a win against the 49ers in Cleveland on Sunday, the Browns must then wait and see what happens when the Titans play the Colts.
Bottom line, even if the Browns beat the 49ers, the Titans still have to lose against the Colts in Indy. If the Browns lose then the Titans get in no matter what.
Derek Anderson will be in another uniform next year I feel.
