Good Morning. It’s a Friday, it is the start to the weekend and it’s cold outside. Brrrr So what else is new? Last night on Idol, the final 12 was selected. I am not surprised on 3 of the 4 that were sent home, sort of just a little surprised that my Rocker Nurse stayed on. Although she did perform a great rendition of “I Hate myself for Loving You” That she nailed. How far will she go? I do not have a clue but, and very glad she finally showed up with that song, the prior two weeks were tough on me. Almost like watching your child perform and not being able to help them. The Judges Favorite David Archuleta did ok, I just think he can not handle the pressure of all the fame trust at him, if he proves me wrong I will be the first to apologize to his fans. I truly wished the competition raised the age level to beginning at 19, but as I hear from my daughters many 16 and 17 year olds start their career at that age and become very successful…I wanted to throw a Brittney and a few actor superstars names their way, but it wasn’t a debate I wanted to get into. If America wants David A in there then David A will win. I liked Carley performance and believe she truly deserves a contract and her career should be a fabulous one. Other then that it will be interesting to see who drops from the top 12 next week, there are some week sister’s and brothers out there to choose from but until they get to the final 6 I believe it will not really take off like it will when it becomes crunch time. See with 3 to 4 weak performers in the top 12 it makes it too easy for someone to sing a safe and not really awesome song and get by on their past merits, hence forth David A I do not think he out sang one of the 4 that was kicked off this week… Oh well at least their will not be light in the loafers continuing on taking up space…
Survivor fans… I am a multi tasked type of guy, and have been a huge Survivor fan since the beginning. Once more the weak throw a wrench in and vote off a strong player…however on this vote I dislike for Joel out-weighed the keeping of Chet. Oh well, I truly hope James or Ozzie wins. Enough on that noise. Time to sign the heck off, wish you a hell-of a weekend and go out and make a donut run for the animals I work with. So until Monday or perhaps if I get a chance perhaps I will pop on line over the weekend, it would be good for you to see me…just kidding.. my gosh we men are not short on ourselves are we? But I do have plans on loosing money to the local Indian Band of Pottawatomie’s at Four Winds Casio this Saturday. So that might keep me off line for …oh heck I can loose pretty fast.. ½ hour…Have a great weekend.
