2. I never received my Confirmation E-Mail?
Your Confirmation E-Mail is automatically sent immediately after you complete the Signup Form. If you are using a free E-Mail Service (such as Hotmail or Yahoo), please allow a few minutes for the Confirmation E-Mail to reach your Inbox.
If the Confirmation E-Mail has not arrived within a few minutes, check your Junk Mail folder, as some E-Mail providers may automatically filter your E-Mail. Make sure you add the address paidemail@inboxdollars.com to your Address Book and/or Contact List, as doing so should insure that all E-Mail from this address is delivered to your Inbox.
If you follow all of these steps, request your Confirmation E-Mail again, and still do not receive it, chances are your E-Mail Provider is blocking E-Mail from InboxDollars - please join using another E-Mail Address. | |

3. How do I get paid to read E-Mail?
It couldn't be easier! We'll send you an E-Mail informing you that you have an Advertisement waiting for you. Simply click the link contained in this E-Mail and the Advertisement will load in your Web Browser! Click the specified link in the Advertisement (to verify that you have read the Advertisement), your Account will be instantly credited, and you'll be taken to the Advertiser's Web Site! | |

4. Your E-Mails say I have to signup for stuff to get paid?
Some of the Advertisements you receive will indicate that if you complete the Offer advertised, you will earn CA$H! It is important to note, however, that you do not need to complete the Offer advertised to get paid for reading the E-Mail. To be credited for reading the E-Mail, you only need to click the link and visit the Advertiser's Web Site. | |

5. How much E-Mail will I receive?
Generally, InboxDollars sends one E-Mail per day to our U.S. Members. During your first few weeks of Membership, you may receive 2 or 3 E-Mails on any given day. However, it is extremely rare to receive more than that number. If you are a U.S. Member, your account is active, but you aren't receiving regular E-Mail from us, please make sure you have added the address paidemail@inboxdollars.com to your Addres Book and/or Contact List, and that your E-Mail Provider is not filtering or blocking E-Mail from InboxDollars.
Please note that only emails coming from the Address: paidemail@inboxdollars.com are from InboxDollars.
While we make every effort possible to send E-Mail to ALL of our Members (not just U.S. Members), few of our Advertisers wish to reach Members outside of the U.S. While we welcome ALL Members, we can only guarantee regular E-Mail to our U.S. Members. | |

6. Where do I view my earnings, request payment, etc?
If you're looking for something on our Web Site, chances are good that it's located in our Member's Section. In our Member's Section, you can: Read the latest news about InboxDollars, Edit your User Profile, Vacation your Account, Cancel your Account, View your Current Earnings, Request Payment, View your Payment History, View our list of Offers, Get Paid to Play Games, Learn about the Gold Membership, Grab your Referral URL and Banners, use our Refer-a-Friend feature, and more! | |

7. I completed an Offer, but have not been credited?
Most of our Offers will credit to your InboxDollars Account instantly; however, some Offers can take a few days, and others up to 30 days to be credited. When your Account is credited for completing an Offer, you will receive an E-Mail notification.
Please note that if it has been more than 30 days since you completed an Offer and your Account still has not been credited, then InboxDollars also did not receive credit from the Advertiser. In this case, please create a Trouble Ticket in our Support Center so our staff can assist you. | |

8. I requested payment - how long before I receive it?
You can view your scheduled payment date on the Payment History page. In most cases, InboxDollars pays on a Net-30 basis. This means that your payment will be processed 30 days from the end of the month in which you requested payment. For example, if you request payment in April, your payment would be processed on June 1. This waiting period is necessary in order to prevent fraud; in addition, that is the length of time it takes for InboxDollars to be paid from our Advertisers. | |
