| My 10yr old and 11yr old were taken to Mexico without my written consent or even via official court document. Their dad will not tell me where they are exactly (he "says" they're in Tijuana) and is very evasive when I asked about their whereabouts. He said he left CA because of the bad air re the fires in CA. Just recently, he said he was at the Immigration office in Mexico cause he was trying to get his fiance/girlfriend back into the U.S. Well? What the hell, why would he take our kids along instead of dropping them off 4-5 hours where I live? Should I find a lawyer or talk to the P.D. who has jurisdiction where they (my kids) are residents in CA? I've talked to everyone you can probably list. I'm just getting started and the shit hasn't hit the fan yet. I have no passport and those kids probably don't either. |
