I work as an international tracking specialist for a shipping company and it's the time of year when I get screamed at by almost every caller...I understand that people want their packages but it IS Christmas season after all....delays happen. I love hearing that I'm going to be sued...that I'm useless...and heaven forbid, that I'm a stupid f'in bitch.....wish to God that people would understand that I'm only a middle man.....
