Lets say you have an issue with your service; cell phone or cable company, for example....if you are trying to troubleshoot something with the service and the customer service representative spends like 30min or more trying to get your service back on track and does a really good job on getting the issue fixed...Do you "Recommend" the agent to his/her supervisor for Kudos ((I recieve these certificates all of the time for doing a good job...basically, if you think that an agent did a really good job with your service, then you can ask to speak to his/her supervisor or in most cases get their supervisor's email address)) or do you just thank the agent and wish him/her well? |
