All of the faults of our mind our temporary, not permanent and so our suffering is also temporary.It is our compassion that helps us to perfect our wisdom and our power.The transformed mind is ultimate healing. To find happiness and avoid suffering we should learn about those factors that bring happiness so we can practice them, and those factors that bring about suffering, so we can avoid them. Do not engage in any harmful actions; perform only those that are good subdue your own mind-this is the teachings of the Buddha.
