| Ok, last Thursday I was sick, so I called in and stayed home. Then my daughter ended up getting the stomach flu, that night, and has been sick since then. Our doctor advised me to stay home with her for 3-4 days from work. I took the note into work on my behalf and her's, and I was chewed out and let go. I was told that I wasn't making an effort on trying....FUCK THAT!!! What's more important.......Staying home like the dr ordered with my sick child, or going to work and leaving her in day care exposing the virus to others, just to make the boss happy? |
