DIVORCE
When we were married, we beleived in our vows,
We could not make it work, so we are apart now.
I am now with another, and you are too,
I guess our love, could not make it through.
We had hard times, and we loved alot,
Some are special memories, and some are not.
We made love one last time, still deciding to part,
Knowin we still had feelins, deep within our hearts.
We knew there was no hate, we would always be friends,
A love would always be there, though our marriage had to end.
The memories we made, had always helped me through,
If I knew it would end, I would have never said 'I DO'
IF YOU DON"T
If you don't love me, then let me go,
If you don't need me, then tell me so.
If ou don't want me, then just say no,
If you care for me, then let it show.
If you want me gone, then I will go,
You won't say, so what am I to do.
Holdin back feelins, that just won't die,
Tears are blindin me, as I wave goodbye.
ALWAYS YOU
Painful words flowed easily them days, when I was with you,
My heart and mind does not agree, wich shall I choose.
All the things I do right, you turn into wrong,
I want to be all you need, though I am not that strong.
We can not live on love alone, that would be easier to do,
I did not want to be alone, I wanted to be with you.
Doin what was right for me, before i lost my mind,
Findin a love like yours, would be had to find.
As I made love to him, I could see your face,
I tried to forget you, though your memory I could not erase.
Many years have passed, sine I had left you,
Though I had other lovers, not one seemed true.
I'd be better off alone, then with any other man,
On the day I left, my heart stayed in your hand.
You destroyed it, and tore it all apart,
I could never love again, for I was without a heart.
I sit here all alone now, like a freightened little kid,
Wantin to know, does your wife love you as I did.
HEARTACHE
You like to tell me lies, as they get bigger every day,
What is it about you, that I beleive the words you say.
Am I truly weak, or is it blind love,
Neither may ever know, it's left to him above.
I've asked the lord to guide me with his hand,
If only I'd prayed more, I would understand.
You broke my heart and twisted my words,
Seems as though m prayers are never heard.
I can never seem to do anything right, no atter what I do,
I always blame myself, though maybe it's just you.
You like to use and hurt people, to see what you can get,
In the end you will cry, though you haven't yet.
I no longer want this heartache, so I pack my things,
One day you'll meet one like you, and suffer the pain it brings.
I'LL GO AWAY
You take me to the beach, holdin me under the moon,
The world stands still, but it will end soon.
You make me feel like a queen, then take it away,
Makin me feel wonderful, though it doesn't stay.
You lift m spirits, just to bring me down,
Bringin a smile to my face, to turn it into a frown.
You make me crazy, each and every day,
Say you don't love me, and i'll just go away.
MY ANGELS BLESSING
When I met you, I knew it must be love,
For I had my Angel watchin from above.
You tell me you love me, and show me in many ways,
I had my Angel watchin over us that day.
My Angel whispered to me, tellin me to take your hand,
With my Angels blessing I am walkin with my man.
You have my heat in your hands, holdin on tight,
My Angel winks tellin me, mom this man is right.
Angel has looked after me, for the past 15 years,
Guidin me through heartache, wipin away my tears.
At times I don't know what is right, or even what is wrong,
Though I always have my Angel, to help keep me strong.
I have my Angels blessing, so I know this love is true,
My Angel has not just blessed me, my Angel has blessed you.
I can now hold you in my heart until the day I die,
For now there's been a blessing, from my Angel in the sky.
BILL YOU ARE THE REASON I CLOSE MY EYES AT PEACE EVERY NIGHT...AND FAR MORE THEN THAT, THE REASON I OPEN THEM EVERY MORNIN! I LOVE YOU!
If I could spend every day in your arms, I would want to live forever. If I had to spend every day without you, I would want to die today. I hope that when I die, I die one second before you, so I don't have to spend one second without you.
