How do you manage to keep your fingers nice and limber? I've been finding lately that my knuckles ache when I wake up, and I have to play my bass for at least 15 mins before they feel relief. Is this normal? How do you deal with it?
Also, I try my damnedest to not crack my knuckles (habit I used to have about a year and a half ago).
Anyway, thanks for any input, I look forward to some responses!
P.S. I know I'm not really making up my mind about anything, but it is something that'll help me, so I assume its close enough (for all you mumm nazis) |
