A woman was raped and was told in court by the judge that she should not say the word "rape" in his court and she still said it and so the judge ordered a "mistrial". Now her rapist is free.
I guess she was druged and then woke up in the middle of it happening, too. But even with the trial as it was, three other women testified against him as victims and still the case was thrown out the door due to a judge that would not let this woman use her rights to speak.
What would you do? This woman however is taking the case to the supreme court to try and get this judge fired. Would you do the same thing? |
