New LIfe
Under an ebony sky, thick with stars
A Dolphin answered a call
Across the waves of skylit waters
She called to him to come.
In the midst of an ocean gleaming
with the reflection of a
thousand stars, they met and joined,
The need in them intense.
With the goddess's blessing
early morning found them floating
side by side in an ocean as
smooth as glass, a new life created.
